Love him or hate him, dude has ridiculous stories of the NYC underground and even more ridiculous/strong opinions on basically anything that you can form a thought about. He also likely loves and hates you back, it really depends on the hour/day/month/year.

It chronicles the years between 1987-1993 when Ned managed the CBGB Record Canteen then worked at Caroline Records founding the Primo Scree label before leaving to play in the Action Swingers full-time until their ultimate demise.
